  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
