REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Exchange of items is accepted within 14 days from purchase, with the items and packaging in their original condition. In case of a return, our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note to be offered which expires in 3 months. We do not process returns and exchanges online. So, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you must bring the item to our shop or contact Sales (974-50334405). All pre-ordered items are considered as final sale and are NOT eligible for either return or exchange. DELIVERY SERVICES

We offer free delivery for orders within QATAR. Delivery will be made within two working days.

(INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE)
We apply Standard Delivery Charges for International Deliveries (200 QR).
We will deliver your order within 3-5 business days, excluding Customs processing time. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that MIDAD JEWELRY is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your order is held at Customs.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

If you experience a problem with your jewelry, we offer a free repair for unlimited time from the day of purchase. Please bring the item to our store, or contact Sales, and we will arrange a repair as soon as possible.
